It will melt faster this way. Place in bowl and microwave. Be careful to watch soap and not let it burn. \u00a0If you are using a microwave, heat in 30-second increments, stirring frequently.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youwish.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/40.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-115293 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youwish.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/40-e1676037822560-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Zest your lemon. Be sure to wrap it on a piece of paper and press out any extra fluid. This prevents it from clumping together in your soap. Side note: the glycerine in the goat milk soap base acts as a preservative and keeps the lemon rind from molding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> While your soap chunks are in the microwave, measure out your lemon zest, lavender, and honey in small bowls for easy adding once your soap is melted. Once the soap is melted add your essential oils first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Have your mold ready to go, on a flat, even surface. You\u2019ll want to move quickly before the soap cools too much. Mix everything thoroughly again, and pour the mixture into the mold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Once the mixture is poured into the mold, I like to sprinkle extra lavender buds on top for aesthetics. Do so while it\u2019s still warm so buds solidify with soap. Let the soap cool for 2-3 hours until the bars are completely solid.
