DL-Panthenol dissolves in water and can be added to DIY lotion, shampoo and conditioner. It moisturizes the skin and gives the hair a nice shine. This product is also known as Pro-Vitamin B5.

Directions for use: Use 1 to 5 percent by total weight in water-based products such as lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Heat the water in your recipe, add the DL Panthenol and stir until it dissolves.
