1. Which delivery service does YouWish use?
Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, UPS or PostNL.

2. How do I get my Track & Trace code?
All orders at YouWish are shipped via DPD, DHL, UPS or PostNL. You will receive a parcel number by email for each shipment, which you can use to check when the parcel will be delivered. For an order that fits through the letterbox, it must be delivered two working days after the notification of shipment.

3. I am not at home, what now?
If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or you will receive a note where you can pick up the package.

4. How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on a number of factors, namely weight and location. We always try to keep prices as low as possible. For current shipping costs, it is best to go to our shopping cart payment page.

5. Is there a minimum order amount?
No, YouWish has no minimum order amount.

6. I have ordered several products. Will I also receive different packages?
In the confirmation email you will be informed about the number of packages that will be sent with the delivery service.

7. I have not received my complete order. How is that possible?
It may be that different products come from different suppliers and therefore cannot be delivered on the same day. Or if a product is not in stock, it will be delivered later. No additional shipping costs will be charged for this.

8. I have not received my order?
We find that very annoying and can have various causes. For example, the product may be temporarily out of stock or available. This can be seen on the product page in our webshop. In that case we will ensure that the product is back in stock as soon as possible, but unfortunately the order will take a little longer. It is also possible that the payment has not been successful. If the payment has been successful, you will have received an email about this. If you have not received an email, it may be that your payment has not been successful and that therefore the product has not been shipped. If the payment was successful and you have been waiting for your order for more than 5 working days, send us an email at and we will find it out right away!

9. Will I receive a confirmation when I have ordered?
Yes, with every order you will receive an email from us in which we confirm the order and payment.

10. Can I still change or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately that is not possible. As soon as the payment is successful, the order will be processed immediately to be able to deliver as quickly as possible.

11. Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?
Yes, you can indicate at the checkout where you want your order delivered, for example at the office or to friends or family. Handy, if you know that you cannot be home the next day to wait for the package.

12. Can I indicate when I wish to receive my order?
We are working on this, but at the moment this is not yet possible.

13. When will I receive my order?
For all products that are in stock with us, if you order the product on a working day, you will receive it in the Netherlands within 1 to 2 days. For all other countries, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 days. In some cases, products must come from outside suppliers. The delivery time can then vary from 3 to 5 days, depending on the time of order.

16. Which countries does YouWish ship to?
We ship to all over the world.

17. I have not yet received anything, even though the order has been confirmed?
Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, UPS or PostNL. You will receive a package number for each shipment that you can use to check with the sender when the package will be delivered.

18. No payment method is shown for my country, what now?
Send an email to with your address and we will find it out.
