Color handmade soap naturally with turmeric powder. It provides a beautiful soft yellow / brown shade.

Ingredients (INCI name): Curcuma longa powder

Directions: For Cold Process Soap: Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 1 tablespoon of lightweight oil. When tracing, add 1 mixed teaspoon. You can also let this powder infuse, read here how to do this. You can use up to 1 tablespoon of food coloring per pound of soap. For Melting and Pouring Soap: Mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 1 tablespoon of 99 percent isopropyl alcohol. Add 0.5 mixed teaspoon at a time to the melted soap.
