• A sturdy martini glass made of thick glass (approx. 250–300 ml)
• Cotton or wooden wick with a metal wick holder

Ingredients

For the Cherry-Lime Margarita base

• 250 g clear gel wax
• Red candle dye

For the scent

For this cocktail candle, we recommend our ” Sunlit Citrus” fragrance oil.

Sunlit Citrus is a radiant, sun-drenched fragrance oil that perfectly captures the vibrant atmosphere of summer in full bloom. This composition bursts with juicy citrus fruits and is enlivened by a hint of warm spices, creating a luxurious and elegant fragrance experience that perfectly contrasts with the playful vibe of the Cosmopolitan Martini.

Recommended dosage:

• 6 to 8% of the total wax weight

For this recipe, you’ll need about:

• 15 to 20 g of “Sunlit Citrus” fragrance oil

For the salt layer

• 50 g coarse salt

For decoration

• 1 dried lime slice

Step 1: Make the cocktail salt rim

Thoroughly clean and dry the glass.

Melt the gel wax in the measuring cup.

Use some melted gel wax to coat the edge.

Sprinkle salt on the table and press the glass into the salt with its rim.

Then let it cool.

Step 2: Prepare the martini glass

Secure the wick exactly in the center of the glass using a wick sticker or a small amount of heat-resistant glue.

Make sure the wick is straight before you start pouring.

Step 3: Make the Cherry-Lime Margarita base

Melt the gel wax in the measuring cup.

Once the gel wax is completely liquid:

• Add a small amount of pink.
• Next, add the recommended amount of Sunlit Citrus fragrance oil and gently stir it into the wax.

Carefully pour the gel wax into the martini glass.

Leave about 3 to 4 cm of space at the top.

Cut a few square cubes of gel wax, about the size of ice cubes. Add them to the melted wax in the glass.

While the wax is still warm, you can add decorations such as:

A dried lime slice

Let the base cool completely and cure

Step 4: Finishing Touches

Check to make sure the wick is still centered.

If necessary, use a heat gun on a low setting to lightly smooth the top.

Then let the entire candle cure for 24 to 48 hours.

Then trim the wick to about 6 mm.
