Earl Grey Tea Candles Recipe

These candles look like a cup of tea, smell like a cup of tea and are as easy as a cup of tea! You can reuse your old teacups to make these fun decorative candles or even give them as gifts.

Ingredients

500 Container Wax – Kerasoy 4130
5 gr Microcrystalline wax
0.5 g Bekro Candle Paint
50 ml Fragrance Oil
Wooden Candle Wick

Instructions

• Melt the wax in a bowl in the microwave or double boiler.
• Place your wick in the center of your teacups.
• Once the mixture reaches a temperature of 78-80°C, remove the pot from the heat and add the fragrance oil. Stir for about 2 minutes.
• When your mixture has reached a temperature of about 70-75°C, pour the mixture into your molds without touching the wick.
• Let cool at room temperature for several hours.
