Tartar
Tartar is also called potassium hydrogen tartrate or Cream of Tartar. Cream of tartar is a natural ingredient used in some cosmetic formulas such as effervescent balls and bath cookies. In bubble bars, tartar acts as a stabilizer, allowing the rest of the ingredients to stick together.
