Coconut & Monoi Body Butter

Monoi de Tahiti oil has a strong fragrance that reminds you of the tropics. You can mix it with coconut oil, which not only dilutes the scent, but also compliments it nicely. The resulting oil retains its melting point of 24°C, so it tends to fluctuate between solid, soft and liquid depending on the ambient temperature. It’s great for dry skin.

Ingredients
1 part Monoi de Tahiti oil
5 parts coconut oil

Instructions
Melt the two oils together and stir to combine. Store in a can, ointment jar or wide-mouth bottle. Can or ointment jar if ambient temperature is less than 24°C, bottle if temperature is higher.
