Fluorescent neon blue is THE blue for CP soap. It’s bright, bold and unabashedly bright blue! You can add depth to it by adding dark blue micas, or add pop to blue micas by adding a touch of neon blue!

This neon color is for use in soap only
Rate of use in CP soap: 1-2 teaspoons per 500 grams of oil.
Usage rate in melt & pour soap: 0.5 teaspoons per 500 gram base.
More or less can be added to achieve the desired color. These usage rates are recommended without colored foam.
