Designed for soy wax, vegetable wax and paraffin wax, our TCR Series Wick is a flat braided core wick, with an outer jacket that offers a high degree of rigidity, made of pure ring-spun cotton and long-strand paper. It provides an excellent combustion profile with vegetable based waxes such as soy wax and rapeseed wax. The TCR series offers reduced afterglow, smoke and soot. Self-trick wick position that minimizes or eliminates carbon. (growing explosively). The constant flame keeps glass containers from overheating on one side. Our wicks are delivered pre-cut at 40 mm, pre-washed and have a 15 mm metal backing.
What wick type do you need?
Whether you use a mold or a container, you need to measure the diameter of your candle. As an example, if your tea light candle is 45 mm in diameter wide, then you need a TCR 21/12.

This size chart is a rough guideline – different waxes, scents and colors all affect the moisture transport of the candle. Trial and error is the only way to guarantee correct wicking.
