Palm oil is vegetable oil mainly extracted from the fruit of the oil palm or the Elaeis Guinnesis tree that originates in Western Guinea. Another species that provides palm oil is the coyol palm. Palm oil contains a high percentage of saturated fats and anti-oxidants.
Malaysia is currently the largest exporter of palm oil in the world. Our palm oil is physically refined without the use of chemical solvents. Palm oil is used in CP soap (Cold process) to make the soap harden properly.
